We Did It!!!

After a long day in the spectrum we finally did it! It was so great to graduate with Tyler, and to get to sit by my girls Becca and Chels! It still isn't real to me that school is over- I keep thinking about what homework I need to do over the weekend ha ha. I'm excited for both Tyler and myself, and I look forward to the future we have together.

The Swine Flu

Is anybody else out there kind of freaking out about this Swine Flu? With my upcoming travel outside of the country I'm beginning to get a little nervous about all the people I will come in contact with at the airport. And EVERYWHERE is sold out of masks. Call me neurotic if you want but I'm pretty freaked out about all this. Am I the only one?--

Supercross Saturday

The big supercross race was on saturday- and of course we were there. We stopped at Texas road house on the way, and oh man it was good. We then headed to UVU stadium to watch the motorcycles. It was fun for me to watch, Tyler was in heaven. You could actually see the goosebumps on his arms. Jimmy Stuart won, in an awesome race around the track. Needless to say it was a fun, freezing cold night. And if I have any boys, i would bet anything its not the last motorcycle race I attend. Here's a little taste of the night. The yellow guy in front got second, the blue guy behind him is Jimmy Stuart, he ended up winning.

Today I love my husband- I always love him, but today I really love him. He's a pretty amazing guy- and I'm a lucky girl to have him all to myself. :)

The Past Week

Good News, I am not grouchy anymore. But it was a busy week. Here is a quick rundown (misplaced my camera, sorry no pics).
- Mom's 46th Birthday: We spend all day saturday painting for mom's birthday- its what she wanted most haha- and then we had a picnic on sunday thank to Krysta and my Dad- we gave mom a gift card to Hobby Lobby (again a request) so she could buy things to decorate the new house. Grandma and Scott and Randi all came- it was fun to see everybody and celebrate with them.
- I passed the MAT! Yay- Now I just have to apply for graduate school- stressful- hopefully I get in. If I do we will be sticking around her for a while.
- We booked Jamaica and I got my passport in the mail - all things are a go for the big trip- I can't wait
- only 2 weeks of school left- 1 week of classes, 1 day of finals haha (all my finals are tuesday morning, one right after they other! Sucky huh! oh well, then I'm done!!!)
-Tyler is amazing and I love him more than anything-
-Ambassador Banquet was thursday- Boy will I miss those amazing people- they changed my life.

Today I am Grouchy

Today I am grouchy- I don't have anything nice to say. I'm just in a bad mood- that is my daily thought- grrrr. I have no reason to be mad, I just am. :(

What I'm thinking?

I'm thinking I need a Hobby! Because as soon as I graduate, and I'm not running around 100 miles an hour- I'm going to need something to do. Maybe I need a puppy?

Babies and Dancing

First off- Yay for my friend Linds! She had her baby today- I'm kinda jealous- but so so happy for her. She's such a doll and I'm sure her new baby boy is too!

Secondly- my daily thought- When I was in high school we thought the ballroom kids were weird- now I'm watching Dancing with the Stars and I'm totally wishing I could move like that. My how things change! (and I kind of feel guilty for thinking the HS kids were weird)

Easter

Easter was great- I love being with my family and having a fun big dinner and eating hard boiled eggs- yum!!

Daily Thought- In no way do I mean this discriminating to anybody- but today I feel frustrated with the government. I work so hard- and so does Tyler, and it is so frustrating that we work "too much" to get any help from the government. I am very proud that we paid our way through school, but it sure would have been nice to have a little grant money so both I and Tyler didn't have to work full time.
And how about my Aunt, who doesn't have insurance or medicaid- with a hx of Melanoma- she can't get in to get checked, and her lymph nodes are swollen again and she has a big scary mole that is dark and growing- because she can't pay the cash price. But... people come in to RMD with fancy clothes, nails done, and have moles removed because "they aren't cute" and the government pays the bill because they are on medicaid. I just feel like things are a little screwey, and that they may be punishing hard work instead of reinforcing it. The end-
